You represent that you will only use these chemicals for agricultural and horticultural purposes as indicated by manufacturer guidelines. 3. Disclaimer of Liability for Crop Performance Senakasava Plant Care Private Limited holds absolutely no liability for crop loss, crop failure, or suboptimal yields resulting from the usage of sold seeds, fertilizers, or equipment. Agricultural performance depends heavily on environmental variables, soil composition, water levels, application rates, weather conditions, and pest management. Seed germination rates are subject to seed-handling standards, and no warranty or guarantee of growth is implied. 4. Restricted Products Sales Certain professional-grade pesticides or growth regulators may require submission of identification or verification records. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that fail regulatory inspections or if suspect fraudulent activities occur.
