Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Timelines & Tracking We process and ship orders within 2 to 4 business days. Standard delivery to most farming locations across India takes 3 to 8 business days. Tracking details will be dispatched immediately via SMS once shipment is handed over to our carrier. 2. Specialized Packaging for Liquids & Chemicals Liquid crop protection inputs, hazardous materials, and fragile seeds are packed in specialized spill-proof containers meeting transport safety rules. In certain states, specialized cargo clearances or local entry taxes might apply, which may result in minor customs-related delivery delays. 3. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts Our delivery partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If the package remains unclaimed due to incorrect contact numbers or customer absence, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse, and returning transport charges will be deducted from any eligible refund.
