Reward Wallet Policy

1. Wallet Points Crediting Customers earn loyalty points on eligible orders based on the point credit percentage set by the administrator. Points are generated and credited to your wallet immediately after order verification and full payment clearance. 2. Point Values & Redemptions Points can only be redeemed as order discounts on agroplant.in. Points are non-transferable, cannot be combined across accounts, and hold zero physical cash value. They cannot be exchanged or refunded for currency. 3. Consumer Credit Limit & Balance Holds Agricultural credit limits and overdraft balances are subject to authorization checks. Senakasava Plant Care Private Limited reserves the right to place security balance holds or liens on reward balances for pending repayments or installment plans.
